Express shipping is our standard

For tracked shipments, your tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You'll start to see updates once the order has been dispatched.

All orders made before 5pm CST Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day, Unless the order is specifically on a Pre-Order in that case review the Pre-Order arrival date found on the product tile. 

Shipping after order fulfillment is expected to be between 3-7 days to arrive however this can be affected by shipping option, Location and other shipping factors.

Returns

We offer free returns for all orders from the UK, Mainland USA, Canada, EU, and Australia. 

You have up to 60 days to return an item. As long as the item has been unused, We are happy to offer refunds.

We ask that you allow up to 18 days for your return to make its way back to us. Once we receive the returned items at OBSIDIAN Returns Warehouse, we will be able to process a refund within 5 working days, and will send you confirmation for the refund.

Please make sure to fill out the returns form your order came with, to allow us to process your refund swiftly. Please Contact us if you have any issues and we will resolve it right away.

    Please note all returns are free, and a refund will be issued once we have received the item(s) and processed them.
